About the event
In this yummy one day retreat that is 25mins out of the city in a gorgeous space that over looks the valley and it's beautiful fall colors, we will begin with a yoga Bliss class(that is adaptable to whatever skill level is or is not), followed with a class with some new tools and ways to create more ease and relaxation in your life with possibly a different perspective.
We will then have a short break and follow it up with a most relaxing Soundbath with Kim Zackarak..(with her crystal bowls and gong). I can't wait.
